Agreement to Establish and Implement the ASEAN Single Window
The Agreement to Establish and Implement the ASEAN Single Window provides a legal framework with three main objectives: establish and implement the ASEAN Single Window, ensure implementation of regional commitments by ASEAN members, and strengthen coordination and partnership among ASEAN Customs Administrations, line ministries, agencies, and economic operators (importers, exporters, transport operators, express industries, customs brokers, forwarders, commercial banking entities, financial institutions, insurers, and other international supply chain actors).
Geographical coverage: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Viet Nam.
