Summary

UN/CEFACT Recommendation No. 35 provides guidance for establishing legal frameworks for Single Window facilities, addressing common legal issues encountered during implementation. The Recommendation applies to all Single Window models described in Recommendation 33, with emphasis on more complex solutions requiring urgent attention to legal aspects during planning, implementation, and operation.

Note: The Recommendation draws on global experience from the UN Single Window Repository and various Single Window implementations worldwide to address comprehensive legal concerns.
