Republic of Korea - Australia Free Trade Agreement (KAFTA)
The Korea-Australia Free Trade Agreement (KAFTA) is a comprehensive agreement that, since its entry into force on 12 December 2014, is substantially liberalizing trade between the two countries, and is creating significant new commercial opportunities for Australian and Korean businesses.
Chapter 4 is dedicated to Customs Administration and Trade Facilitation, mentioning at Article 4.4 the Use of Automated Systems in the Paperless Trading Environment. In addition, Chapter 15 is about electronic commerce and has provisions on Electronic Authentication and Electronic Signatures.
