Summary
This non-preferential agreement establishes a legal framework for trade and economic cooperation between the EAEU and China. It covers customs cooperation and trade facilitation, technical barriers to trade, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, intellectual property, competition, government procurement, and electronic commerce. The agreement promotes transparency of regulatory systems, simplified customs procedures, electronic data exchange, and includes provisions on electronic authentication and electronic documents.
