Brief Summary
The Mongolia-Russian Federation Goods Declaration Data Exchange Project is a bilateral initiative designed to facilitate the electronic exchange of goods declaration data between the two countries by enhancing regulatory compliance, customs clearance, and promote paperless trade.

To exchange Goods Declaration Data Elements electronically, conduct pre-arrival risk assessment, expedite Customs clearance and facilitate trade, in particular, enhance paperless trade.

To get accurate pre-arrival information of imported goods and expedite Customs Clearance at border.
